There are, as with most things, varying degrees of furryness. I mean, by default it only means that the person enjoys the aesthetic of anthromorphic animals, and I would hardly fault anyone for that.

People that literally want to fuck animals, yeah, that's unfathomably creepy, but now we're working with literally the creepiest and most unflattering interpretation possible, and I for one assume that most people who identify as furries tend to be closer to the "Thinks Disney's Zootopia is an excellent movie" side (and I mean, those people would be right, that movie is awesome) than the "Literally wants to have sex with Judy Hopps" side.
This sure is a signature.

I would point out - still less creepy than being attracted to children, and it ain't like in the anime fandom we lack those...

Alright, enough talk about fucking children and animals. What do you think about Vegeta and Goku going Blue at the very start of the tournament, since the next time they will be only able to use only 10% of their max power in Blue form, as Whis stated  after Vegeta's fight with Hit.

I didn't watch that part, only read the manga which didn't say anything of the sort, 10% sounds a bit too little. My guess is it was just random bullshit that will be forgotten and replaced by a generic "it drains stamina" (Goku wanting to save his strength was mentioned).

Oh, didn't remember the 1/10th figure, but from how it's phrased here, it doesn't seem like a rigid rule - he's just saying SSJB drains stamina, which we know well, and in this specific occurrence Vegeta consumed himself so much he only had 1/10th of his strength left. It must also be said that the manga handled the limits of Blue in a very different way; in the Black arc we had Vegeta insta-switching between G.od and Blue, and Goku using the Mastered Blue form, while no Blue + Kaioken was ever used.

So yeah, I'd just ignore this number for all practical purposes. They've tired themselves a little and that's it.

I'm was certain that it was said in the anime as well, I just couldn't find it on youtube :/ But still the fact remains, they will be no where near their top strength when they'll have to fight the strongest people there.

EDIT: So Krillin's out. I was hoping to see some cool strategies with his Solar Flare x100, but oh well...

It's kind of annoying that while the Tournament progresses, each episode focuses on specific universes or warriors. And the latest one, my Enel. Was everything about Universe 2 a giant parody on magical girls? I know when 17 attacked during their transformation it was a stab at magical girl transformations. It was awesome seeing 17 get a proper work-out here, though.

I was hoping that someone else like Freeza would blast them the second time they were transforming and that they would just say "Fuck it" and do it right away.

I must say, it's nice to see the non-Saiyan characters actually get a chance to shine in this tournament. Kuririn getting knocked out so quickly was disappointing, but the focus on 17 and 18 being badass is pretty cool. Though I still find it utter bullsheet that they wrote out Boo for the third time in a row with the exact same justification. I mean yeah, we finally got to see him fight in the exhibition match, but is it really too much to ask that he get to actually be involved more than just that one time?

Also, the continuing lack of a full version for this opening bothers me. Apparently they performed it at a concert the other day, but there has yet to be an official release for the full song. I mean, come on, this opening kicks all kinds of ass and I want it on my iPod already!!

Well, it's ok, but the lyrics are kind of lame. It almost sounds like Goku wrote them.  :face-rofl

Much like every other Dragon Ball opening theme song. Though admittedly, I can't think of any others that actually appear to have tried to imitate Goku's accent in the lyrics like this one does.

One of the things I love about Dragon Ball is the different techniques and abilities. I know the heroes will win. They almost always do. It's kind of a boring part of shonen in general. Like watching a sports team win every single game. If you know they're going to win, why bother watching? What I like is the journey to the heroes victory. The fighting and different techniques and abilities of Dragon Ball. And I have to admit, I really liked Universe 10's Obuni. That was a pretty cool technique imo. And unlike Universe 9 where the feeling was supposed to be of impending doom, which didn't effect me, this time it was just sad to see the universe get erased like that. And Universe 10's angel looked sad as well. Completely different to Universe 9's angel...

I keep forgetting to mention as well, there's one thing that's really bugging me about this tournament. Didn't the Grand Priest make the arena out of a super hard stone that wouldn't break so easily? So why is the arena breaking like it's made of simple stone? It just seems like it was pointless to say what the arena was made of in the first place. It honestly feels like an oversight to me. :face-normal

Also, I had to pause it when Zen was removing Botamo from the list when he was knocked out because I thought I saw Piccolo on Universe 6's side. I forgot that Universe 6 was said to have 2 Namekians on their team. Hopefully, we'll get to see them soon.
